RE: about access control



I take this is to do with Exchange "send as" email permissions.

What you would need to do is:

Click on Active Directory Users and Computers
Click on View -> Advanced Features
Click on User B's Account and click the Security Tab
Click Add and type in User A's account
Select "Send As"
Click OK

User B will now have permissions to send as User A's email address.
