Thanks for updating.

You are right, Health Monitor and Performance Monitor are different tools.

Health Monitor is a service in Small Business Server 2000 or Small Business
Server 2003. It can monitor hardware such as processors and disks, server
application, such as Microsoft SQL, server and Exchange Server and network
devices or application. It can set thresholds (a threshold is a measurement
setting in a performance monitor) that will alert you when they are
exceeded. It¡¯s a component of Monitoring and Reporting of SBS server and
help to gather information for reporting.

The Performance Monitor can also help you to collect information about
processors and disks, server application, such as Microsoft SQL, server and
Exchange Server and network devices or application. It¡¯s has graphic
interface. The Performance and Monitor can be installed both Windows server
and Windows XP computers.
