Uh ... ok then. I actually downloaded the SP1 upgrade from Ms website, but
didnt see any reference to ISA2004. I guess I need to order the CD media then?

Microsoft. It is a manual upgrade. I do not think I ever got Dreamweaver
to work with ISA 2000.

Steve,
SBS2003 SP1 is installed and listed in Add/Remove Programs ... but ISA2004
is not listed in Add/Remove Programs. Do I need to install this seperately?

Please clarify if you're still using ISA 2000 instead of upgrading to SBS
SP1 and ISA 2004?

Still having problems,
just to clarify ... when i open ISA Management console i do not see
Firewall
Policy listed. Obviously if it is supposed to be there then something may
not
have installed properly.
Would you please be so kind as to point out where I might look next?
Thanks

Thanks for your reply Jim.
Please excuse my ignorance, but I have opened ISA Management console, but
do
not see Firewall policy listed anywhere as such. The closest I see is
under
server/client configuration/firewall client ... but there is no reference
in
the properties/Application Settings to SBS Internet Access Rule.
Am I barking up the wrong tree here?

I have read in this discussion board that there is a known issue for
SBS
Premium and ISA (don't know how to see which version- installed from
premium
disc), but cannot find a solution listed anywhere.
We are unable to FTP (using Dreamweaver) to our hosted website from
any of
our clients. I have tried overiding Firewall on the clients by
disbling Gp
update Windows Firewall setting ... however am unable to access the
client
settings for firewall as they are still greyed out.
Is there any where else I can look, or anything else I can do to open
up an
FTP path to update upload to our hosted website?
We have not previously had a problem with this until a new install
recently
of our server.
You assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
James
