Yes it is going to be a 'sell' but as we all know the user does not
understand the concept of data loss or the hassle of a server reinstall.
As they are upgrading the server anyhow the previous box is spare so its
just the software to sell. And lets face it $1500 is nothing on the greater
scheme of things (complete loss of service for 20-30 users for a couple of
days)
Will post a review if i manage to get them to part with the cash.
It does pose a good question about what backup/availabilty/recovery options
we are all using. I feel a new post coming on!

no experience with it, myself. I know that Sunbelt Software (wservernews)
has written it up, and it supposedly is qualified for SBS 2003.
Considering that most SBS shops struggle to justofy the $$$ to buy proper
backup or AV software, you have to be pretty good to convince them to buy
a second, redundant server plus the cost of ShadowCaster, which starts at
around $1495, I believe.
But, like you, if someone is using it, I'd love to hear their review!
