From the system info. it shows

System Manufacturer: VMware, Inc.
System Model: VMware Virtual Platform

This indicates the OS is running at VMware Virtual Platform. Since the
basic hardware environment which VMware created is different as the real
environment and VMware is a third-party software. We don't familiar with
its architecture. Therefore, we cannot deliver any suggestions base on
unfamiliar environment. In addition, third-party software is do beyond our
support boundary. Thank you for your understanding and cooperating.
