Hello Dimitris,
Thank you for kind update.
This is a complex issue, it may cost us more time to trouble shoot it.
Before we go any further, please let me know the following information so
that we can understand your situation more clearly.
1. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on the problematic account via
qtek8500 and qtek9000 when the calendar sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
2. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on the problematic account via
qtek8500 and qtek9000 when the calendar not sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
3. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on your own account via qtek8500 and
qtek9000 when the calendar sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
4. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on your own account via qtek8500 and
qtek9000 when the calendar not sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
Please try to create a new account, then:
5. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on this new account via qtek8500 and
qtek9000 when the calendar not sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
6. Try to access calendar ActiveSync on this new account via qtek8500 and
qtek9000 when the calendar sharing? Which fine? Which fail?
Please do these tests clearly, it is important for troubleshooting.
Please create two new accounts for me, one with calendar sharing and
another not, and let me know the following information.
- Credential of these test accounts
- The public URL of your Exchange Server
- Domain name
I will access the mailbox by ActiveSync in my side to verify the issue. To
keep these confidential, please let me know by mail: v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you and have a nice day,
Terence Liu
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| Just to make public our private conversation:
|
| After sharing my calendar (that worked fine till then) the problem in
| synchronisation occurs not only in qtek8500 but also on the 9000 which -
till
| then - was working fine! :(
|
| It appears then to be a problem that is more deep rooted than the device
per
| se. Because as I said before, the device is working fine with users that
do
| not share their calendars.
|
| It is definately a permission or a read/not read flag issue that I can do
| nothing about.
|
| What I plan to do is to try to connect with other SBS server and try to
see
| if the same things happens there as well.
