Hello Dimitris,
Thank you for your update.
Based research on your metabase, the settings on
Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync folder seems all right.
As the test result of:
4. Try to use Qtek 9000 to do calendar sync with this problematic account,
is it fine?
Yes, I can confirm that it is fine.
We can see that the Exchange can work fine with another smart phone, that
means the configuration on Exchange is no problem.
I think the problem is on the settings of your smart phone Qtek 8500. I
suggest you to connect your smart phone vendor and ask them to help you to
reconfigure the settings on Qtek 8500.
Note: You can also confirm it by: after share your own calendar, try to
activesync your calendar with Qtek 9000
If you have any concerns, please feel free to let me know. I am glad to be
of assistance. :-)
Thank you and have a nice day,
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| Terence I sent you the metabase.
|
| I also tried the sharing of the calendar.
|
| When I added a delegate (to give permissions) to my calendar, my calendar
| started behaving incorrectly.
|
| An entry from the smartphone may be uploaded but once modified in the
server
| (either from OWA or the outlook client) the changes cannot be seen in the
| smartphone. In addition, additional changes in the smartphone do not
alter
| the entry in the exchange.
|
| I will try to grab any sync error and let you know. But please keep up
the
| good work.
|
| Dimitris.
