Hello Customer,
Thank you for kind update.
For the less information, I can not give you some detail steps on this
issue. Before we go any further, please let me know the following
information so that we can understand your situation more clearly.
1. Please tell me the detail symptom of your issue.
2. What is the VPN server you use? Is it a Small Business Server? What's
edition of your Small Business Server?
3. What is the OS edition of your VPN client? Is it a Win XP?
4. Please gather system info on your SBS server for me
a. Click Start and then Run.
b. Type in "msinfo32" without the quotations and click OK.
c. Once System Information is up and running, click File and then Save.
Save the system information to a .nfo file.
d. Send the nfo file to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
5. Please gather the outcome of command ipconfig /all on VPN client and SBS
server after you setup VPN connection.
If it is a WIFI or a broadband card issue, please connect your WIFI or a
broadband card vendor for further investigation.
I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing from you.
Thanks and have a nice day.
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)
