Hi Ian:
Can you please give us your exact FQDN as seen from the internet and the
name you insert in the CEICW when you set the certificate. If you feel you
must alter it, please use the exact same text in the exact same place, such
as:
fqdn - mail.microsoft.com becomes mail.softmicro.com
and
certificate - microsoft.local bcomes softmicro.local.
and this would not catch spelling or punctuation errors in the orginal, so
no alterations is best.
hint: the name you use in the certificate should be the exact same name
that the public DNS servers use to find your server/router/firewall, such a
"mail.mydomain.com".

I have a windows 2003 SBS stansard edition. I have run the internetrerun
connection wizard and when you connect to www.mydomain.com/remote it comes
up with a certificate error. I have installed the certificate on my pc and
it still says I have a certifcate error.
This error also comes up on others that connect to this site. I have
the internet wizard to get a new certificate and it still comes up withthis
error. If you continue to the site it lets you but you cannot view the
internal intranet.
Is their a solution for this?
Thanks
Ian
