Open Exchange System Manager. Under Connectors, r-click SmallBusiness SMTP
Connector -> Properties. On the Delivery Options tab, make sure the
connection time is set to "Always Run."

Our new default installed SBS 2003 R2 Server is holding outbout mail for
very long time. It however, does finally go out so there must not be
anything wrong with DNS.
I check the SMTP Connector and there are several items in QUEUE with a
status of waiting.
How can I get my mail to go out the moment it is recieved by the
connector?
