This is not possible. Only one user can be logged in at a time - whether
it's at the console, or via remote desktop.

you are wrong. via remote desktop it could be two users logged in
windows server 2003 sbs !

ehh.. still looking, wondering now about linux console with only any
Remote Desktop client and terminal services in windows server..
