I can try that tomorrow. Yes, I am def, testing from external. If a
port is opened on one of the network cards, is it also opened on both?
All of these services work internally.

Dual NIC but you don't mention Premium vs Standard, is ISA involved?

Also, please confirm, you are testing this from 'outside' the network,
another internet connection. (I'm pretty sure you are)

An alternative to the multiple public IP's test would be to put a router
between the SBS and your public IP. Note also that even with ISA installed I
would recommend using a simple NAT router between SBS and the T1.

Yes, the services are available. They all work internally. Connected
directly through the isp. It is a T1.

I have a proliant SBS 2003 server with two network cards in it. One
has
the public ip and one is private. I am able to reach the server
externally acccessing Outlook Web access but am unable to reach
other
ports (RWW, 3389 and others). These are enabled on the server. I do
not
see any third party programs that would stop this.

Remote Desktop to the server works internally it does not work
externally. If I scan 3389 on the public ip, it shows this as
closed.
Is there anything I can do in the server, or is this an isp issue?
