If I get a chance, I'll give it a try. Please don't hold me to it, though.
It's Friday, I'm tired, and I've got to attend a funeral on Monday!

Cool..., glad to help, but would still be good to test the exercise, can
you do it on a ' test ' account and say administrator account (even
administrator doesn't have rights...lol) send on behalf of test ?

Hey Pop,
I really appreciate all your help!
I didn't exactly do what you suggested in your last few posts. However,
you did mention using the "sent on behalf" feature. After speaking with
User A, that is exactly what they wanted.
So, I went to the Exchange General tab, Delivery Options, and granted
permission for User A in the appropriate box. That worked perfect!
Again, thank you!

Just had another thought, it could be caching on the pc outlook.
Untick caching, close outlook, open outlook retick caching, close and
open outlook.

Hello Pop,
I gave Full Control to User A on User B's Security settings as you
described. However, User A is having the same results.
Should this change have been immediate? (We only have one server.) Is
there anything else that I or User A needed to do? Restart anything??

Hi CDP
You have to do this in AD
Server Management
Advanced Management
Highlight your domain
At the top click 'view' and then advanced management ( we need the
security tab of the user)
MyBusiness
Users
SBSUsers (this assumes users have been created using SBS wizards), if
not you will find the user under the Users folder a bit further down.
Double click the user, to get to the properties , security tab and
then add the right user with appriopiate rights.
Hope this is what you are looking for.

I have an SBS 2003 Exchange User A who is also opening up User B's
Exchange mailbox in Outlook. I set up User A as Publishing Editor on
all of User B's mailbox folder's.
User A tried to reply to a User B Inbox message. User A got a
response in their Inbox consisting of:
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
So, I then changed the shared permissions of some of User B's
folder's from Publishing Editor to Owner for User A. I changed this
on the top level of the mailbox, the Inbox, the Outbox, and the Sent
Items. User A tried to reply again to another one of User B's Inbox
messages and got the same results.
Please help me with what I'm not setting up right. Thanks!
