I appreciate your effort on this issue, please take your time to follow our
suggestion, I want to inform that you don't have to re-apply SP1, there is
no update of fax component in SP1, please feel free to perform uninstall
and install. After that please install the latest driver of your fax modem,
if issue persists, please gather the information I referred in my previous
post. If you have further concerns on this issue, please feel free to let
me know!
