Re: ***Error on RWW ***

Hello Customer,

Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I understand that you can not connect RDP to
client desktop via RWW as a domain user. If I have misunderstood the
problem, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can
resolve this issue:

1. Right click My Computer on the problematic client computer, select
Properties.

2. Click Remote tab, tick Enable Remote Desktop on this computer

3. Select Remote Users button, please add local administrator and domain
user group to the box.

4. Click OK twice to finish.

5. Then try to test this issue.

If the issue persists, please kindly help me collect some information for
further investigation:

1. Can the domain user connect to the problematic computer's desktop via
Remote Desktop Connection from internal network?

2. Can the domain user connect SBS desktop via RWW?

3. On the problematic client computer run the command "netstat -ano
c:\output.txt". Send the output file to me to me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
with the subject of this post.

Hope these steps will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Terence Liu(MSFT)
