Ntbackup vs BackupExec features and tape libraries (DLT-S4 loader?)...

Does anyone know the major advantages of Backup Exec over NTBackup..
Before I get into what I want out of a backup program.. here is the
tape library/loader that we were planning on purchasing (DLT-S4):
http://www.quantum.com/AboutUs/ContactUs/Index.aspx
I'm assuming the only hardware we need with this unit are tapes and a
U320 SCSI card in a seperate Backup server? I'm assuming it has a
built in tape drive(s)? I also though it essentially had 8 tape drives
built in, but I'm beginning to think it only picks tapes and loads 1 at
a time? (if so is there a system that does say 4 or 5 at once?)
Key feature I'm hoping work with NTBackup are the ability to select
which tape to backup to..
Thanks for any input as this is our first venture into more Enterprise
level backup systems (our primary backup will be on a "backup server"
in a rack with 2TB of space in a raid 5 configuration, essentially
running 2003).
