He's using POP3 to access those mailboxes though. I was going to
suggest that if he's got SBS/Exchange 2003 that he use his included
Outlook 2003 licenses and get everybody up and running with MAPI.

You can give people access rights to other mailboxes and have those
show up as other foldress in their folder list. This can be done
through Outlook using Delegates, or through permissions in Exchange.
If you have acces to the server, it is easier to configure it on the
server. In Server Management, go to Users, Exchange Advanced, Mailbox
Rights and give additional users rights to the mailboxes, though I
would hesitate to just allow Everyone Full Rights. Give individual
users specific rights to individual mailboxes. Then, in Outlook, a
user can just go to Open, Other Users Data Folder.

I'll check when I get to work. It is whatever comes with Windows Small
