How do i restrict users from logging in to a PC

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I have a server that a 3rd party software vendor requires access to.
Unfortunately they require admin access. I set up an admin account and
want to make sure they can log on to only that specific PC.

This software vendor seems to do whatever they want when given admin
access so it's VITAL that i restrict them to this pc.

This PC is part of my domain and is running Server 2003. It's
basically setup as a file server. Our "Domian Controller" is running
MS SBS 2003 with all the updates.

Help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks
