SBS2003 -Limited space, New HD, GHOST

Good Morning,
Happy New Year to everyone! We've been running SBS2003 for a while now and
we are running out of space on the system C drive. It has 2 hard drives in
it.
The 1st hard drive has two partitions: C - 4GB and approx. 896MB free, D -
12.4GB and approx. 4GB free
The 2nd hard drive has one partition: F - 33.9GB and approx. 12.8GB
We've got two processors in it so I don't think we really need to get a new
server. We're just running out of space. I am considering purchasing a new
hard drive with at least 100GB of storage, maybe more.
If we get a very large hard drive, I'm thinking we could have 3 partitions
with approx. 33GB each. That should be plenty of space for the System Drive
C. I then could get Norton Ghost and transfer data from each partition
over. The problem is, I don't know how to do this. I'm not experienced with
this and this is our only server so I don't want to make a mistake. Can
someone tell me if I am going about this the right way? Any problems with
using Ghost on a SBS2003 server? I found out about it from a friend that
had some company do it for him for a new PC he got for home. They just
ghosted his old hard drive and put it into the new machine. I'm not sure if
it is that easy with a server that has 2 hard drives in it.
Please advise, thanks!
Anthony Smith
