It sounds to me like you are running some custom administrative tools
software for the printer in question on the server, likely installed
when you installed the printer drivers (pretty common with most
printers today if you install their 'full' package vs. just the
installed drivers. See if any type of monitoring software, etc. is
installed for the Panasonic printer that is executed at server login.
If so, remove it and just run the drivers only.
I've seen a couple of instances where the driver provider rolled their
drivers up *inside* of the executables instead of just making them
available inside of the compressed package, and that's the only way you
could get them. If so you'll need to find them and copy them somewhere
else for your use prior to removing.
There are also some "multi-function" printers which require extra
software running to provide their network scanning functionality, etc.
in which case you'd need to approach the vendors documentation on how
to execute it outside of a user login level and run it at the machine
level instead.
