Hello Saidulu,

Thank you for posting here.

From your post, my understanding on this issue is: You received Delivery
Status Notification when sending message to one external user. If I have
misunderstood, please feel free to let me know.

Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can
resolve this issue:

Step 1:
I did a research on the domain shct.net, I find this domain does not have
MX record. Please confirm the domain name is correct. Then, please connect
the external user, make sure whether they did some change on their domain
name or MX record, and whether they can receive email from others.

Meanwhile, try to telnet to this domain. Is it fine?

Step 2:
This message is normally generated when the email delivery is delayed when
it is relayed to the target domain. It is possible to be caused by any
relay server on this routing

The issue will appear in the following situation:

The read receipt option is enabled on the Outlook Client, and the read
receipt is disabled by the remote mail server you send messages to.

To troubleshoot the issue, please check the Tracking option on Outlook
client:

1. Click the Tools menu, click Options.
2. Click E-mail Options.
3. Click Tracking Options.
4. Uncheck the Read receipt and the Delivery receipt options.
5. Test the issue.

In order to know if there is any problem in your Exchange server, please
help me check the following:

1. Does this occur to any external emails or any emails to a specific
domain or just specific external user?

2. Do all the users get this error when they send emails to this external
user?

3. Try to send email to this external user from other mailbox (i.e. gmail
or hotmail), does he/she received it?

4. Please send the Delivery Status Notification mail which you received to
me at v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Please check the above information and then let me know how it works.

If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know. I look forward to
hearing from you.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Terence Liu(MSFT)
