SBS 2003 with ISA 2002 (V3.0.1200.25)

I have an issue with a client workstation not being able to update a
remote WEB Site using Macromedia Contribute 4.
The error message " Contribute is able to connect to the FTP site however,
can't transfer file's"

I think the issue is with ISA.

Can anybody advise how I configure ISA to allow external FTP access .
