Yes, it's called Group Policies, and yes, you can do it from the server and
have it affect all or some of your users. I would advise getting a book that
addresses Group Policies (Jeremy Moskowitz's book Group Policies, Profiles
and Intellimirror is one I can recommend). Or get the SBS2003 Advanced
Practices book from Harry Brelsford -- Handy Andy has a chapter in there
that shows examples of using Group Policies with SBS.

Running SBS 2003, does anyone know how to stop users (all running XP SP2)
from changing there desktop settings (such as wallpapers/screensavers)? If
so, can this been done through the server or on a workstation?
