Restore to Larger Hard Drives Install from DVD

I have the Partner Program Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2
Premium Edition DVD Disc Part No. X13-03658 EN. I want to install larger
drives in the server and then restore from backup following the July 2006
Microsoft white paper. My server is now at R2 patch level and SharePoint is
using SQL 2005 following Susan Bradley's install steps.

What exactly do I install from this DVD prior to running the restore? I also
have the individual CD's (minus R2) if that's easier.

Microsoft Windows Small Business Server 2003 R2 Premium Edition consists of
eight discs:
Discs 1-5 comprise Windows Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition with
Service Pack 1.
Installing the R2 Technologies CD and the additional Premium Technologies
CDs will result in a complete install of Windows Small Business Server 2003
R2 Premium Edition.
