Just a thought... Have you tried a BIOS upgrade or Video driver upgrade?

Attempting to installing SBS 2003 R2 on a server that had been running
2000
SBS, but getting random BSOD errors at random times. I originally tried
doing
a direct upgrade, but after a couple of BSOD problems I tried reformatting
the HD and running the setup from the boot CD, but the problems persist.
Hardware is SuperMicro P4DL6 dual Xeon, 1G RAM, Adaptec 3210S Raid5 SCSI
(4x73G Seagate Cheetah drives). Errors include just your basic hang,
PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, and sometimes just BSOD without
a
specific error. I've tried swapping RAM, and reinstalling SBS2000 clean
(which works) and upgrading from there, no joy. I'm sure it's a driver
crash,
but all drivers load from the R2 CD. Not yet pulling my hair out, but
getting
there. Thanks, Ernie
.
