Have you added the Administrator account to the security groups "Domain
Power Users" or "Remote Operators?" If so, remove Administrator from those
groups, which are denied rights to log on locally by default. "Remote
Operators" might also be called "SBS Remote Operators."

Administrator can not log on locally.
Checked in user rights. Administrator is there in logon locally rights.

What may be the issue?
