OMA Issues

I am running a SBS 2003 Standard box with Exchange Server 2003 SP2.
OWA is working both internally using server IP and externally using
mail.domainname.com. I am unable to get the OMA site working and am
unable to sync a PDA with Active Sync.

When I use https://FQDN/oma I get: Cannot display page.

When I use https://<server IP Address>/oma I get:
Item no longer exists. The item you are attempting to access may have
been deleted or moved.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
