Thanks Charile-
I booted it up, and it worked... however, it gave me three (3) days to
register it again, due to a hardware change. Although, I haven't installed
but one drive, instead of two... hopefully it will be painless and trouble
free.
Hopefully, tomorrow when I take it to my customer it will be painless... I
shall see what will happen to it.
Thanks! If you think something else should be applied let me know.

You may not need to reformat and re-install. Sometimes, depending on the.
level of differences, Windows can handle the changes with PnP. I'd say it's
worth trying, since you have two versions of the exact same disk. Try just
plugging it in and powering up. The worst that can happen is it doesn't work
and you have to start over.

Thanks Charile-
I may have to reformat the drive, and install the SBS 2003 Server software
again, and set it up as well... right?
If so, then my next step in getting this working should be simple.
Thanks!

Okay, so by pulling this drive out, and using it as a master "CS"
drive,
it
should be detected and boot up normally????
Regardless of the Hardware RAID being enabled or not?
Let me ask it another way...
I have a new main board, same manufacture but different chip set, if I
plus
one of the mirrored drives into it without RAID enable, will it see it
and
work without enabling the RAID?

Since you've stated it's a true hardware mirror Charlie is right. The
RAID controller did all of the work and hid the fact that there was a
mirror from the OS. So as far as the individual drivers and the OS
were concerned there was only a single drive.
Each drive is capable of running fully on it's own, with data intact,
if taken off of the RAID controller and placed onto a non-raid
controller.

Or, could the NEW mainboard format the drive? Or would it be that theNEW MB
can't or rather will not be able to see the HDD because of thehardware RAID?
