Cannot print to local printer using RWW

I am having problems getting a local printer to print when connected to a PC
via RWW or TS Client
The setup is as follows.

Small Business Server behind PIX 501 firewall.
Remote Worker PC - Windows XP Home attached printer is Multi Function
PSC1215.
PC in Office Windows XP Pro.

Can connect via VPN and TS Client (mstsc.exe) to Office PC from home but
cannot print to local PC from remote session
Can connect via RWW to Office PC from home but cannot print to local PC from
remote session

Have installed driver for PSC1215 on to Office PC - this was done by
physically taking the printer to the office and setting it up.
When there is no remote connection in place it shows as offline but "ready"
whan there is a remote session connected. However it remains on port USB
Virtual printer port for USB - There are no TSxxx ports showing up.

I have followed the following

When I set the local printer to LPT it errors and will not even print
locally.

If I connect to the Office PC from another PC in a different location the
local printers at that location show up as TS001 <pcname> PRN8 etc ....
I don't get this from the problem PC with the DOT4 device.
