Hi All,
I have a question about appropriate file sizes to sync beween
workstation & SBS server.
We have an SBS 2003 R2 setup with Roaming Profiles and Roaming Folders
setup. Everything works perfect, except when we go to syncronize with
large files (300 mb or larger).
On SBS, we created a company share folder where people on the
workstation can drap, drop, share, edit files to. My question is, how
large a file is appropriate to copy to the company share folder? The
reason I ask is, we have a MS Word document that is already 303
megabytes in size (and growing as we add more content to it). When
some of our slower workstations try to open it, it crashes the
workstation and also knocks out services on the SBS server.
So is there general rule of thumb I should be aware of with large files
on SBS?
