I have a user that does not have admin rights on her PC. She must run
a program that she has full rights on the directory. I can run the
program(which is nothing more than VBS) as the local administrator
but I can't when I am logged on as the user in question. Is there a
GP either on the SBS2003 server or on the local machine that would
prevent her from running scripts? How can I find out?
TIA

What does the VB script do, exactly, and where does it expect her to have
permissions?
You can take a look at FileMon and RegMon (google for 'em) to find out
where this app expects the logged-in user to have write access, and set
the permissions accordingly in the file system & registry.
