you really need to look at www.sbsmigration.com. The process of 'swing
migration' is designed for your scenario.

The cost of the swing kit will be realised in reduced downtime for your
users, I expect 'swing' to be a decent payback with as little as 5 users.

I have 11 users currently on SBS 2000. The use exchange and have a company
share. Purchased new server with SBS 2003 and new client PCs. Would it
be
worthwhile to go through migration or just recreate the 11 users on the
new
domain, copy the share data and the exchange mail? Also what would be the
best method to copy exchange mail? Would the old server have to join the
new
domain?
