Possibly Advanced GPO... how to restrict client machine to 1 website.

Hello!
I'm an administrator for a 20 PC network running SBS2003SE and I'm in
the predicament of trying to lock down 1 machine so the user doesn't go
all over the internet and do things they shouldn't do. Now, I have
GPO's set up already for standard security settings, but we need to
lock this particular computer down more than it is. I know enough to
disable ALL the internet from the user, but they still need to be able
to access 1-3 websites. Basically, they are a receptionist that needs
to be able to give directions to people in the field. So, I need to
block all internet access except to mapping websites, like google.maps,
mapquest and yellowpages.com.
If anyone has any bright ideas, I'm game, I'd like to use GPO and I can
use Security Groups if needed, or just 1 single user.
ANY help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Izac Adams
