Nope - that's why you went with Terminal Services. The fact that TS is
running on a virtual server isn't relevant in this context.
Some of the people will need access at the same
time. Outlook is running, under a terminal services session within a
VMware virtual server? The OS is Windows Server 2000.
Note that it would have made everything a lot easier if you'd mentioned that
right off the bat.
"I have Terminal Services running on Win2k in a VMWare virtual server on my
SBS box, and I can't open Outlook within a TS session."
I mean this kindly, but learning how to post clearly in these groups will
greatly increase the odds of your getting help - and this includes clarity
of subject line. See http://www.dts-l.org/goodpost.htm
As for Outlook sessions attempting to connect to the SBS Exchange
server? I am not sure. When I open Outlook on VMWare I get the
following error......This feature is unavailable. For further
informaiton contact your administrator.
How did you install Outlook/office? You needed to do this in control panel |
add / remove programs.
See http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ork2003/HA011402071033.aspx for help
with this.
Also, you should add TS Profile paths to the users' AD properties in ADUC -
don't set it to the same path you might use for roaming profiles, or to the
home directory path if you use that.

Note that the best place for TS questions is
microsoft.public.windows.terminal_services.
