Hello Fazerclic,

Thank you for posting here.

According to your description, I understand that 3 clients' Internet access
was blocked by SBS server at 18:00. If I have misunderstood the problem,
please don't hesitate to let me know.

Based on my research, it is mostly cause by ISA access rule. The ISA access
rule has Schedule properties, maybe the schedule limitation apply on the 3
clients. So I suggest we try the following steps to see if we can resolve
this issue:

1. Please rerun the CEICW wizard on the SBS server carefully going through
the following KB, it will correct the ISA rules and network connection:

825763 How to configure Internet access in Windows Small Business Server
2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=825763

If you have installed ISA server on your SBS server, please go to step 2:

2. Please move the SBS Internet Access Rule to top:

a. Please open the ISA management console, navigate to Firewall Policy

b. Find SBS Internet Access Rule in middle pane, double-click it

c. Select Schedule tap, select Always in the schedule box.

d. Click OK and return to ISA management console

e. Move this rule to top and click Apply button to save the configuration.

Additional, as I know, some virus may cause this kind of problem. Please
install Antivirus software on the 3 clients, update to latest, and then do
a full scan for them.

If the issue persists, please kindly help me collect some information for
further investigation:

1. Is there any error message when you access Internet after 18:00?

2. Can the SBS access Internet after 18:00?

3. Is it happen every day and exact at 18:00?

4. Can other clients access Internet after 18:00?

5. Can the 3 clients access other resource in local network after 18:00?

Hope these steps will give you some help.

Thanks and have a nice day!

Best regards,

Terence Liu(MSFT)
