Many times this has been asked...search the NG and you will find many
recommendations.

1. Officially you cannot decrease time however there is a registry hack BUT
this is not supported by Microsoft and does do some funny things.

2. 3rd party app is required and is preferred route, pop3 connector doesn't
support BCC in SBS.

3. Why are you not doing SMTP ???

I have a windows server 2003 sbs and i use exchange with pop3 connector.

I want download mail from isp more frequently than 15 minutes.
How can i start download mail from pop3 connector with command line or a
script scheduled?
