1) Right Click the ISA firewall client icon in the system tray and disable

On monday (today in Italy it's a Catholic holiday...) I'll check the
system tray to find the ISA client.
2) IE > Properties > Connection Tab > LAN settings Uncheck the boxes which
tell IE to use the proxy
I've already un-checked the proxy options.
