RE: Restricting external mail exept for one address.

Thanks for your respond.

From your description, you can create a distribution group, add all of
internal user in it, and add this distribution group to the "Only from"
list. Also, you can create a contact for the specific external email
address, and add it to "Only from" list. Please note uncheck the "From
authenticated users only" option. This method is very complexes, I think.
But be able to help you implement your request.
