Hello,
Did some research and found that this error is caused because accessing this
file does not work.
C:\WINNT\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore\Logs\edb.log
It says it's being accessed by another process.
I found out that it's an issue with Automatic Updates. I stopped that
service, deleted that log file, restarted service. No error ever since
10:56:39AM.
Checked logs again. From 10:56:39AM to 12:28PM, there no errors. At 12:28PM,
there was a Event 413 Logging/Recovery error. From this point on, the 427
error came back with the exact same symptoms.
Anyone know what this is? Please help?? =)
