Hello Steve,
Thank you for posting here.
According to your description, I understand that you get error when you
try
to account OWA on your SBS server. If I have misunderstood the problem,
please don't hesitate to let me know.
Based on my research, I suggest we try the following steps to see if we
can
resolve this issue:
Step 1: Authentication
=================
1. Please open IIS Manager > Default Web Site > Exchange
2. Right-click it, select properties
3. Select Directory Security tab, click Edit button
4. Make sure that the only "Intergrated Widnows authentication" and "Basic
authentication" are checked.
5. Click OK twice to finish.
Step 2: Log on limitation
=================
1. Please open Active Directory Users and Computers, right-click
problematic account select properties
2. Select the Account tab, click "Log on to..." button, there were
machines
listed in here,
3. Limiting the machines that the user can log on to. Removed these
restrictions and the users were able to log on to to OWA.
If the issue persists, please kindly help me collect some information for
further investigation:
1. Does the Outlook work fine?
2. Does every account have same OWA issue?
3. What is PHP? If probable, try to disable or uninstall PHP on SBS server
then test this issue. How about?
4. Try to access OWA on SBS server via http://localhost/exchange/. Does it
work?
5. Please capture a screenshot on the error message and send the picture
to
my mailbox: v-terliu@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
6. Collect the IIS log.
a. Open IIS snap-in.
b. Right click Default Web Site and click Properties.
c. Uncheck the "Enable Logging" box and click Apply.
d. Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1 folder and move all files to
a
backup location.
e. Check "Enable Logging" box and click OK.
f. Run IISReset command.
g. Reproduce the problem and send the log file in
C:\WINDOWS\system32\LogFiles\W3SVC1 folder to me for research.
Hope these steps will give you some help.
Thanks and have a nice day!
Best regards,
Terence Liu(MSFT)

| We have set up PHP on our server SBS 2003 SP2. We have now screwed the
| remote exchange stuff.
| I am getting the following error when logging into exchange via web.
|
| You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Ensure that your user
name
| and password are correct, and then try again.
|
|
|
| I cannot login even as an administrator.
|
| I can remote access okay.
|
| Where are all the default settings for exchange so I can re-set them.
|
| Any ideas.
|
| Cheers
