Here is what I would do and I'm sure Russ and kj will agree with me here.
Stay with SBS unless you are planning on out growing the 75 user limit. Why
you went and purchased a copy of Exchange 2003 is beyond me. I would have
spent the money on SBS 2003 R2 and get Exchange 2003 with it. If you want to
get away from SBS 2000 then it is obvious you do not want to go to SBS 2003.
Your only choice now is to go with the Transition Pack and down grade out of
SBS and take the SBS 2000 box and install W2K3 and ADUC.
