two subnets on my sbs server

Hi
I am connecting a remote location to my small business server 2003 r2 via a
site to site tunnel vpn.
Now I am trying to connect a workstation from the remote lokation to the sbs
server.
I first got a "not authorized" message, I then changed the directory
security on the default website to include the new subnet.
But I still cant run connect computer, it looks like its running for a
second, then it just stops and while the page is saying "run wizard to
complete networking setup".
There is a litle error symbol in the lower left corner of the browser
window, if I view the details of this error it says.

line 22
char 2
error "permission denied"
code 0
url http://myserver/connectcomputer/start.htm

Hope anyone can help me quick :)
