DNS Monitoring Tab or Performance Monitor

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

Hey guys,

I need to run some dns tests on a new remote customer. I'd like to run an
internal and external dns query every 30 seconds. The DNS monitoring tab
appeared to do exactly what I wanted... or so I thought. I disconnected from
the server for several hours, logged back in, where did all my dns test
results go?? I assumed they would all show up on the dns monitoring tab,
nope, only the latest test. Nor were they in the event log - dns server-
section.
Am I running the correct tests? Should I be doing this via performance
monitor instead? Wouldn't it make sense for all my tests to show up on the
monitoring tab.

Anyway... any help/advise is appreciated. Thanks.
