Actually the users created in the MyBusiness OU and it's sub-OU is
by-design in SBS. No matter what OU the accounts are in, they are visible
throughout the whole AD domain. So please help me collect the following
information in order to narrow down this issue:

1. Please let me know whether these Windows user accounts can login to
domain.
** Yes

2. Are you get any error message when you add the user to SQL Server
security section?

** No - when I right click on Databases-MyDB-Security-Users and say New
User. I click on the "..." by Login Name. Which brings up select Login. I
then click Browse. The "Browse for Objects" dialog appears but the user I
want isnt in the list.

3. Can you add the SQL Server login in SQL management studio?

** See 2

4. Please check the Application log and System log, does you find any
error
message about this issue?
** Looking in Event Viewer neither log is showing any errors
