Just a thought... Have either of the Exchange database(s) exceeded the 16 GB
limit? (assumes you're not running Exchange SP2 w/75 GB limit).

Exchange went down over the weekend. Checked exchange system manager,
Mailbox
was not mounted, remounted, it only remained mounted for a few mins.
When I looked at the logon, ir recieved the error
MAPI or an unspecified service provider
ID no:00000476-0000-00000000
ID no: C1050476
Looked for solutions on this site, went to
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/823022#appliesto
followed directions, enabled me to mount mailbox, logon found, mailboxes
displayed. Checked user account. No success, looked in exchange system
manager, now both MailBox and public folder store are unmounted.
Please help!
Clare
