Customize RWW for specific group of users

I support a company that uses SBS2003 and am enabling RWW for the
employees and a few exteranl users. I would like to customize what the
external users see in RWW. For example I would like to remove the link
for reading email to external users but allow employees access to the
link. Is there a way to customize the look for specific groups of users?
