Dave, what interface are you using? The MyBook Pro has USB and Firewire. Firewire requires that you connect it as USB and install the firewire driver from the MyBook. Or download the driver from Western Digital's website.
We have four of these drives (Premium not Pro) and they are all recognized by SBS2003.
