SBS server crash everyday after midnight

Hello,

I have a server that crashes everynight around 00:27-00:30.

Here is the log entry when I turn the server back on in the morning.

The weird thing is that these codes indicate some kind of hard disk
subsystem failure but this happens every night at the same time. 12:27 to
12:30 after midnight the server will crash.

System files are on a raid 1 and company files on raid 5 through an adaptec
controller. Raid 5 didn't fail at any time. Raid 1 (system) failed twice and
I replaced one of the hard disks even if the disk seems to be fine. Raid 1
is based on the intel motherboard so I bought a motherboard to replace the
original (same model).

Questions:

1. Will there be any problems for SBS 2003 Premium if I replace the
motherboard with an identical one? (I will use the same cpu)
2. Is there any scheduled proccess that initiates or completes around 12:27?
(No, backup is scheduled to run after 02:00)
3. Is it ok to use an external USB disk for shadow copies? I've installed
one the last months and I wonder if it's related. I also changed the
external case and the hard disk but I see no change.

Thank you,

Nikos
