Re: Stumped - How to create my company's domain

Hi

Add company name to where?...;-)

I am assuming you mean for emails, then this is achieved in the 'todo; list
of Server Management. 'Connect to the internet ' This will ask you for the
email domain name in one of the steps. This will inturn update the Global
Recipient policy in exchange.

Its all wizards you know...lol

Welcome...

Hi all,

I have a new server with a fresh installation of SBS 2003 R2.
Need to configure Exchange as our primary email server.
The default domain created as part of the installation is
@companyname.local.
For the life of me I cannot find a way to add my company's domain
(@companymane.com)
I have read other groups and followed some suggestions but the
@companymane.com domain does not show anywhere.
This cannot be that difficult. Is there a clear step by step anywhere?
Thanks for the help!

-Eric
