Mailbox problem

Hi

sbs 2003 premium exchange sp1. Our mailbox has a red mark on it and can not
mount. I suspect we have filled the 16GB limit. Unfortunately I suspect we
have already done the registry tweak to get the additional 1GB. Is there any
way for us to get out of this situation? If somehow we can get the mailboxes
to mount then we can ask users to clear some items from their outlook. It is
getting these mailboxes to mount that is the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Regards

.
